Overview of the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route

The Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route is a 90-kilometer route that traverses the Northern Japan Alps, connecting the cities of Tateyama and Omachi. The road is only open to visitors from mid-April to mid-November, and it’s closed during the winter months due to heavy snowfall.

Tateyama Station to Bijodaira

The journey from Tateyama Station to Bijodaira is an unforgettable experience that takes you through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in Japan
